Pudding Cake Recipe

Ingredients

2 C of Sifted Flour

2 small boxes of jello pudding and pie filling

1 2/3 C Sugar

1 1/2 sticks of butter melted (unsalted)

2 C Milk

5 Eggs

4 Tps Baking Powder

2 Tps Vanilla

Frosting

1 small box of Jello pudding and Pie filling

1 C Powdered Sugar

1/2 C Butter (Softened)

1 C heavy Cream

If you want a glaze that runs over cake add more Milk or Cream

Add all ingredients to mixer bowl and stir. Pour into greased bundt pan

Oh preheat oven to 350

Bake in 350 oven for 45 - 60 minutes. Test for doneness with fork or toothpick
