Ingredients

4-6 lb of pork shoulder/butt

1 onion

4 cloves of garlic

1/2 cup lime juice

2.5 tablespoons brown sugar

1 tablespoon paprika

2 teaspoons salt

1 teaspoon black pepper

1 tablespoon liquid smoke

3/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes

80 ml Worcestershire sauce

1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper

1/4 mustard powder

1/4 cup bourbon

Preparation

-Chop garlic and onion -Butcher pork, removing fat and sinew -Mix sugar, paprika, salt and pepper and rub pork -Place in crockpot -Drizzle with liquid smoke -Add Worcestershire, red pepper, cayenne and mustard, bourbon -Cook on low for 8 hrs
