Ingredients

Ancho rub

3 ancho chiles torn

1/4 c chili pwdr

2 tb coriander

1tb cumin

2 tsp paprika

1tb oregano

1tb garlic pwdr

1/4 tsp cinn

Little brown sugar

5-7 lb pork shoulder rst

Lime Drizzle

6 minced garlic cloves

2 jalapenos chopped n seeded

1/4 c red wine vinegar

1 bunch cilantro

2 lines juiced

1 c olive oil

Salt n peoper

Toast chilies and pulverize all ingred and rub on meat and let sit about 1 hr.or longer but bring to room temp bfor cooking. Indirct heat for about 3 1/2 hrs for 5 lb rst and 2 hrs in foil at 300 or maintain low temp in bbq and 4-6 hrs
