Ingredients
3 eggs
1 can pumpkin (15-ounces)
2/3 cup apple juice
1 spice or white cake mix (18-ounces)
1/3 cup powdered sugar
2 to 3 Tablespoons apple juice
Nonstick cooking spray
Preparation
Wash your hands.
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees
Grease a 9x13 pan or spray the pan with nonstick cooking spray.
Beat the eggs together in large mixing bowl.
Stir in the pumpkin and 2/3 cup apple juice.
Add the cake mix and stir until well blended.
Spread the batter into the 9x13 pan and bake in the oven about 30 to 40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center of the cake comes out clean.
