Ingredients
1 15 oz can organic pumpkin
1/2 cup organiz apple juice
3/4 cup sugar
1 tsp cinnammon
1/4 tsp ground ginger
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1/8 tsp clove
Preparation
Mix all ingrediants together in the crockpot. Use immersion blender to blend well. Place crockpot setting on low and cook for 5 hours, stir occasionally.
I cooked a double batch on low overnight. Turned out great. Can refrigerate for 1 week or freeze for 6 months.
