Ingredients
1 cup sugar
1 1/2 cup flour
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1 1/2 tsp baking soda
1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1/4 tsp cloves
1/2 tsp salt
3/4 cup oil
1 (15 oz) can pumpkin ( not pumpkin pie filling)
2 eggs
Preparation
Combine first 6 ingredients. Add oil, pumpkin and eggs. Whisk until blended. Pour into greased 9 x 13 pan. Bake at 325 for 30 minutes. Cool and sprinkle with powered sugar or your favorite topping.
