Pumpkin Cake W Apple Cider Glaze Recipe

Ingredients

1box yellow cake mix

1 - 15oz can pumpkin puree

For Glaze:

1-1/2 c. 10X sugar

3 tba apple cider

3/4 tsp pumpkin pie spice

Preparation

Empty cake mix & pumpkin puree into large bowle. Using hand mixer, beat until well mixed. Batter will be very thick. Pour into greased 7 x 11 x 2 pan. Bake 350 for 28 minutes. test with toothpick. Do not overbake.. Cool 5-10 min. Remove from pan.

Glaze Combine sugar, cider & spice.
