Ingredients

1/3 cup 100% pure maple syrup

1/2 cup steel cut oats

1/2 cup pumpkin puree

1/4 cup chopped nuts (walnuts or pecans work best)

1 tsp. vanilla extract

2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice

1/8 tsp. salt

Preparation

Combine all ingredients together in the base of a crockpot bowl. Place on low, cover and cook 6-8 hours until done. Wake up, top with more pure maple syrup and enjoy! I also love this with a splash or two of cold almond milk.
