Ingredients
2 Tbs of corn starch
1/2 Cup of Dark Brown Sugar
1 can of pumpkin (398 ml)
2 Cups of milk
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp ginger
1/8 tsp nutmeg
pinch of salt
1/4 Cup sour cream
1/2 tsp vanilla
Preparation
Mix all of the ingredients into a sauce pan and bring to a boil over medium heat. Boil 1 minute. Remove from heat and stir in sour cream and vanilla. Put in ramekins, cover with plastic and chill. Serve with whip cream
