Ingredients

2 15 oz cans black beans, drained

1/2 C sour cream

1 t chipotle powder

1 t ground cumin

1/2 t salt

splash of lime juice

24 oz white queso

garnish: chopped tomatoes, green onions, jalapenos, olives, serve with tortilla chips

Preparation

Preheat oven to 375 In food processor, puree beans, sour cream, chipotle, cumin, salt, lime juice. Scoop into bottom of 9 x 9 inch square baking pan. Scoop queso over bean mix (no need to heat it first). Bak until queso melted and beans heated through, about 12 min garnish as desired
