Ingredients

4 tins tomatoes

1 tbsp caster sugar

400ml stock

Dash Tabasco sauce

Dash Worcestershire sauce

2 tbsp mascarpone

6 torn basil leaves

Preparation

Add tomatoes, sugar, stock, Tabasco sauce and Worcester sauce to saucepan. Bring to a boil and simmer for about eight minutes, until colour changes to deep red.

Add mascarpone and basil.

Whizz and serve.
