Ingredients

Steamer ingredients:

quinoa one cup

Rice jasmine type one cup

olive or grape seed oil 3 to 4 TSP

celery Dried spice 1/2 TSP

cumin whole 1/2 TSP

salt 1/2 TSP

pepper cracked to liking

Saute ingredients:

whole onion diced

Tumeric 1/2 TSP

Coriander spice 1/2 TSP

garlic powder 1/2 TSP

(all ingredients and quantities can be changed or omitted)

Preparation

place all steamer ingredients into steamer. usually 50 to 60 minutes before ready.

saute onion in pan with oil of choice until lightly carmelized then add steamed quinoa rice mix. add tumeric, coriander and garlic spices blend together. Salt to liking.
