Ingredients
4oz cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup powdered sugar
2Tabl Amaretto or 1/2 tea. Almond flavoring
1 cup heavy cream
2 cups fresh raspberries
Sliced almonds, toasted
Preparation
Beat together cream cheese, sugar & flavor on high until smooth. Still beating, pour in cream in a steady stream. Mixture should be the consistency of stiffly whipped cream at all times. If it looks too soft , stop adding the cream & continue to beat until mixture thickens. If you make it ahead, cover & refrigerate up to 6 hours. Layer mixture & berries and garnish with toasted almonds. Serves 4. To me it makes at least 6. I would put in a small glass bowl.
