Ingredients
2-3 Young coconuts
1-3 teaspoons agave
2-3 lemons
Preparation
Open the coconuts, save the water for a refreshing drink.
Put the coconut meat, agave to taste (1-2 tsps.)and a little bit of the lemon juice in the blender and blend adding lemon juice to taste and consistancy desired. Put in small cups and top with lemon zest. Refrigerate. Delicious with raspberries of blueberries.
