Ingredients
1/2 red cabbage
1 tbsp lemon juice
1/4 cup water
2 tbsp brown sugar
1 tbsp cornstarch
1/2 tsp salt
1/8 tsp ginger
1 9 oz can pineapple tibits
2 to 3 tbsp red wine vinegar
Preparation
bring 1st 3 to a boil 10 min., stir in br sugar and next 3 ingr.plus undrained pineapple tibits, cook over medium heat 2 min. stir constantly till thickens put in vinegar.
