Ingredients

2 tbsp. red curry paste

1/4 cup of canola oil

2 tbsp of lime juice

2 lbs of of beef skirt steak (ranchera)

1/4 cup of clover honey

3 tbsp of lime juice

Preparation

In food processor mix curry paste, canola oil and 2 tbsp of lime juice until smooth. In large baking dish, rub mixture all over steak to coat. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate at least four hours. In as small bowl whisk honey and 3 tbsp of lime juice. Once the meat is placed on the grill brush honey and lime onto both sides of meat.
