Ingredients

1/2 c purchased roasted red pepper strips

1 T finely chopped pitted ripe olives

2 tsp olive oil

1/2 tsp dried thyme, crushed

1/4 tsp ground black pepper

Preparation

  1. In a food processor bowl, combine red sweet pepper strips, olives, olive oil, thyme, and black pepper. Cover and process with several on-off turns until coarsely chopped. Cover and chill until ready to serve. Makes about 2/3 c.
