Ingredients
250 g red cabbage
250 g white cabbage
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp walnut oil
1/2 red onion
3 garlic cloves, crushed
2 tbsp lime juice
1/2 cup of chopped roasted almonds
2 tsp mustard
Salt & pepper to taste
Preparation
1 thinly shred the two types of cabbages 2 heat a wok over high heat, add oils heat for few seconds then add onion, garlic, cabbage and stir-fry for 5-6 mins 3 add lime juice, mustard & almond and cook until the cabbage is done. Season with salt & pepper to taste 4 serve it right away & enjoy
