Ingredients

2 1/4 c. raspberry sherbet

12 maraschino cherries

1 qt. low-calorie cranberry juice cocktail, chilled (4 cups)

1 qt. (4 cups) cold water

1 pkt. Crystal Light Fruit Punch flavor drink mix

1 bottle (1 L) diet ginger ale, chilled

Fresh mint

Preparation

  1. Portion sherbet into 12 (3 T.) scoops on waxed paper-covered rimmed baking sheet; press 1 cherry into center of each. Freeze 2 hrs.
  2. Meanwhile, add juice cocktail and water to drink mix in plastic or glass pitcher; stir until mix is dissolved. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
  3. Pour prepared drink into punch bowl when ready to serve; stir in ginger ale. Insert 2 mint leaves into top of each sherbet scoop for the reindeer’s ears. Gently tranfer 1 sherbet scoop to each glass of punch just before serving.
