Ingredients

Filling:

3 cups diced rhubarb

1 1/2 cups sugar

4T cornstarch dissolved in 1/4 cup water

1 tsp vanilla

Pastry:

1 1/2 cups oatmeal

1 1/2 cups flour

1 cup brown sugar

1/2 tsp baking soda

1 cup margarine softened

1/2 cup chopped walnuts

Preparation

Filling: Mix and cook until thick and cool

Pastry: Mix until crumbly.

Pat 3/4 of pastry mix into 9x13pan. Cover with filling. Sprinkle remaining mix on top. Bake at 375 for 20-25 minutes. Cool and serve.
