Ingredients
Mix and let set:
2 C Rhubarb
1/2 Sugar
CREAM:
1-1/2 C sugar
1/2 C shortening
1 egg
ADD:
2 C Flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
1 C Sour Milk
1 tsp vanilla
Preparation
Mix cake mix. Grease 9x13 pan and add 1/3 of rhubarb mix, 1/2 of cake mix, 1/3 of rhubarb mix, 1/2 half of cake mix and then last 1/3 of rhubarb.
Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
