Ingredients
8" prebaked pie crust
2 slightly beaten eggs
2 TBSP Milk
1 1/2 cups sugar
3 TBSP flour
1/2 tsp nutmeg
3 cups rhubarb
3/4 TBSP butter
Preparation
mix egg and milk. Stir in sugar, flour, nutmeg. Add in Rhubard. Pour into pie crust and dab with butter. Bake at 350 for 50-60 minutes until nicely browned. Serve warm.
