Ingredients

2 & 1/2 cups dry white rice

1# pork sausage

1# ground pork

3 onions diced

1 stalk celery chopped

2 eggs

1 cup chopped nuts

Salt & pepper

Preparation

Brown sausage & ground pork. Add celery & onions, simmer until onions & celery are soft. Cool. Cook rice according to directions. Cool. Mix meat mixture, rice, eggs & nuts together. Salt & pepper to taste. Refridgeriate over night.
