Ingredients

3 Large Eggs - separated

3 C. Half n Half (Non Fat)

1 C Heavy Whipping Cream (Non Fat)

3/4 C Splenda/ Truvia

1 T Vanilla

1/2 tsp Salt

Preparation

Whip Egg whites with 1/4 C Sugar till stiff - (Set in Fridge) Beat Egg yolks (wire whip), add Sugar, Vanilla, Cream then Half n Half. Cook mixture over double boiler till mixture coats spoon. For a Hot Drink, add Kahlua, and fold in Egg Whites. For Cold Drink: Cool down creme mixture in fridge then fold in Egg White mixture. Adults: Add Apricot Brandy for a Holiday Nog
