Ingredients

1 box Fusilli noodles cookec

6 Roma tomatoes diced

6 Basil leaves shredded

3 T Pine nuts toasted

5 cloves of Garlic chopped

4 Sun dried Tomatoes sliced

1/2 cup Kalamata Olives

bunch of green onions chopped

Toss above and cool

1 8oz log Montrachet Cheese/goat (add chunks after cooled)

Dressing:

1 lemon juiced

3/4-1 cup olive oil

1/4 cup red wine vinegar

1 t Herbs of Provence

2 pinches of red pepper flakes

salt and pepper

Toss with pasta mixture

15 grinds of pepper

Preparation

Cook pasta. Toss in veggies/nuts, etc. Make dressing. Toss dressing with pasta mixture. Add chunks of goat cheese once cooled. Add fresh cracked pepper.
