Ingredients

1 bunch asparagus, trimmed

1 lemon, zested and juiced

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 tablespoon white wine vinegar

3 medium shallots, minced

Preparation

Preheat over to 375. Please all ingredients in a 9x13 pan, season with salt and pepper, and toss to coat. Place in middle of oven. Toss with tongs every 5 minutes for 15-20 minutes.
