Rinse and chicken and pat dry Season with Old Bay Spray generously inside and out with cooking spray Roast at 400 for about 10 minutes per pound Check with meat thermometer Baste with dripping every 20 minutes Remove and let stand Make gravy from drippings using wondra and chicken broth, Old Bay or other seasoning
