Ingredients
2# Brussel sprouts
4 Granny Smith Apples in 3/4 - 1/2 in chunks
4" skewers
1/2 C Olive Oil
1/2 C White Balsamic vinegar
Zest of one lemon
Salt/Pepper
Preparation
Pre heat oven to 400. Line 2 cookie sheets with parchment paper. Prepare brussel sprouts and cut in half, lengthwise. Par boil about 2 minutes, drain and plunge into iced water. Marinate brussel sprouts and apples in the remaining ingredients. Skewer one sprout and 2 apple pieces per skewer. Bake 10-15 min until browned
