Ingredients
3 cups cauliflower florets
1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
3 cloves garlic, roughly chopped
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
salt and pepper to taste
1/2 cup grated Parmesan
Preparation
Directions Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F.
Toss the cauliflower, balsamic Parmesan and garlic in a plastic bag or on a baking sheet; sprinkle with the salt and pepper. Roast until crisp tender, about 10 minutes. Transfer to a serving bowl and serve.
