Ingredients
1 large head of broccoli, cut into long spears
EVOO
1/2 C panko crumbs
1 C grated sharp cheddar
1 bunch scallions, sliced
Pinch of nutmeg
Preparation
Toss cut broccoli with 2 T EVOO Roast on baking sheet @ 450 until tender, about 15 mins. Mix breadcrumbs, cheese, scallions, nutmeg with 1 T EVOO. Sprinkle on roasted broccoli and roast 10- 15 mins. More
