4 heads garlic-peeled of the onion skin

2-4 sprigs fresh thyme

S&P

EVOO

1 tsp H2O ( or more)

Preparation

  1. cut top off garlic heads–to expose all garlic
  2. put garlic in small oval pyrex dish-add thyme 3.drizzel w/ EVOO-add H2O-saeason w/ S&P 4.wrap dish in foil tightly 5.Bake 40-50 min
