Ingredients

1/2 pound fresh green beans

1 clove garlic, sliced

Olive oil-flavored cooking spray

1 teaspoon lemon juice

1/2 teaspoon olive oil

1 teaspoon lemon-pepper seasoning

Preparation

  1. Was beans, and trim ends. Place beans in a 13-x9-x2-inch pan; add garlic. Coat beans and garlic with cooking spray; toss well. Drizzle lemon juice and olive oil over beans and garlic; sprinkle with lemon-pepper seasoning.

  2. Bake, uncovered, at 450 degrees for 8 minutes or until beans are crisp-tender, stirring once.
