Ingredients

1 head cauliflower, cut into 1 inch florets

1/2 cup fresh bread crumbs

1/4 cup freshly grated parm ( you can use more!)

1/4 cup olive oil ( may need more - make sure florets are well coated)

s and p

Preparation

Toss florets with olive oil, bread crumbs and cheese. Spread in a single layer on jelly roll sheet lined with non-stick foil. Season with s and p (since you are using a lot of cheese you may opt to skip salt). Roast 30 to 40 minutes until nicely browned ( we prefer very browned)
