Ingredients

6 unpeeled shallots

3 unpeeled garlic cloves

2 tsp olive oil

1 c plain low fat greek yogurt

3 Tbsp chopped chives

salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

preheat oven to 350. Toss shallots and garlic in olive oil, place on baking sheet, and bake till soft, 20 to 30 minutes. Cool, peel, and finely chop. Mix with greek yogurt, chives salt and pepper. Top with more chives.
