Ingredients
1pkg yeast
1/2 cup butter
1/3 cup sugar
1 t salt
2 beaten eggs
4 cups flour approximately
Preparation
Dissolve 1 pkg yeast in 3T warm water - set aside 1cup very hot water add 1/2 cup butter,1/3 cup sugar, 1 t salt–cool a little– add 2 beaten eggs and yeast mix. Add 4 cups flour more or less. Stir well-Do not knead-Chill overnight if possible. Roll out and let rise 2hours. Bake 375 degrees - 10 minutes.
