Ingredients
3 scoops Ben & Jerry’s Scotchy Scotch Scotch or butterscotch ice cream
3 ounces Ron Burgundy Blended Scotch Whisky
1 1/2 ounces whole milk
4 drops Colgin Liquid Smoke Hickory
1/4 cup ice
Preparation
Combine ice cream, Scotch, milk, and liquid smoke in a blender and blend until smooth. Add ice and crush until only small shards of ice remain. Serve in a pint glass. Garnish with a mustache.
