Ingredients
2 seeded cucumbers
2 small red onions
2 peppers (red, orange, yellow)
5 plum tomatoes
1 lg. tomato juice
1 T worcestershire sauce
2 T. fresh basil
2 cloves garlic
1/4 cup white wine vinegar
salt/pepper
Preparation
Roast peppers and onions at 200 for 30 min. add tomatoes for another 20. Chop all veggies, add rest of ingredients.
