Ingredients

Chicken cutlets- I like a medium thickness (about 5 pieces per pound)

Bread crumbs- regular stick better than panko Sesame seeds

Garlic, minced

Preparation

The easiest is to dip chix pieces in oil seasoned w/ garlic,salt & pepper to taste. Roll in mixture of crumbs and sesame to taste. Bake at 350 till just done. Time depends on thickness. Of course, you could fry them and finish in oven if desired.

Top chicken with sauce- or can be left on side: 1 jar apricot preserves 2-3T good mustard 2t soy sauce( to taste)

I served chicken on top of noodles below: 1 lb linguine noodles 1/2 c soy sauce 1/4 cup or more sesame seeds 1/2 c sesame oil 1/3 c sugar or Splenda 3 scallions thinly sliced Cook noodles and coat with remaining ingredients.
