Rose Coffee Cake Recipe

Ingredients

Cake

2 sticks of Butter room temp.

1 1/2 C. Sugar

4 Eggs-One at a time

3 C. Flour

1/2 tsp Salt

1 1/2 tsp Baking Powder

1 tsp. Vanilla

Filling

1/2 can cherries

1/3 can wilderness blueberries

Frozen peach slices dipped in sugar

Mix cake ingredients. Grease 11 x 17 pan Place cake mixture in bottom of pan. Place fruit mixture on top. Bake 45-55 minutes at 350 degrees.
