Rosemarie S Poppy Seed Mini Loafs Recipe

Ingredients

3 cups flour

1 1/2 tsp salt

1 1/2 tsp baking powder

3 eggs

1 1/2 cup milk

1 1/8 cup oil

2 1/4 cup sugar

2 Tbs poppy seeds

1 1/2 tsp each vanilla, almond and butter extract

Glaze

1/2 tsp vanilla, almond and butter extract

1/4 cup orange juice

3/4 cup powder sugar

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine cake ingredients. Butter pan and bake for 30-40 minutes.

Mix glaze ingredients. While still warm glaze.
