Ingredients
2-3 large baking potatoes
1 tbsp fresh rosemary
1 ½ tablespoons olive oil
2 gloves minced garlic
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
Preparation
Preheat oven to 400 Quarter potatoes (length wise) Put rosemary, garlic, olive oil in a plastic bag (freezer bag) Place potatoes into plastic bag and shake to coat potatoes evenly Place potatoes onto baking sheet Cook potatoes for 30 to 35 minutes (turning around the 20 minute mark)
