Ingredients
1 1/2 lbs salmon fillet
1/2 tsp lemon pepper
1 clove of garlic mashed
salt to taste
1/3 cup soy sauce
1/3 cup packed brown sugar
1/4 cup olive oil
1/3 cup water

Put lemon pepper and salt directly on salmon then marinate in the liquids at least 2 hours, brill 7 minutes on each side
