Ingredients
1/4 cup lightly packed flat leaf parsley
1/4 cup lightly packed basil leaves
4 anchovy fillets, chopped
3 tsp olive oil
2 tbsp drained and rinsed capers
1 small shallot, coarsely chopped
1 tsp finely grated lemon zest
1/2 tsp fresh ground black pepper
Preparation
combine all in a mini chop or blender. Process until fully mixed.
