Ingredients

2 pounds ground beef

1/2 cup matzo meal

2 eggs

2 tbsp grated onion / chopped garlic

1 26 ounce can tomato sauce

1 16 ounce can cranberry sauce

Preparation

  1. Combine beef with eggs, matzo meal and onion / garlic
  2. Bring tomato sauce and cranberry sauce to a boil in a chili pot
  3. Form meatballs and add to the sauce
  4. Cover the pot and turn down to low - cook approximately 35-45 minutes depending on the size of your meatballs.
