Ingredients

1 pound ground sausage

3 cups Bisquick

1 10oz can tomatoes with green chiles

8oz Cheese Whiz

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 400 degrees.

Preparation

In a food processor or blender, puree the diced tomatoes with green chiles - about 10 pulses will do.

In a large bowl, combine the tomatoes, sausage, bisquick, & cheese whiz. I really like to use an electric stand mixer for this because I’m lazy like that. :)

Spray an ice cream scoop with cooking spray and scoop the sausage balls onto a baking sheet. They should be about golf ball sized. Bake for 20 minutes.
