Ingredients

2 pounds pork sausage

2 8 oz packages cream cheese

1 cup plus 1/2 cup shredded parmesan

1 minced garlic clove

25-30 med mushroom heads

Preparation

brown and crumble sausage and crushed, finely minced garlic remove from heat and cool slightly soften cream chease in stand mixer slowly add sausage mixture add 1 cup parmesan, careful not to overmix and break parmesan down scoop into prepared mushroom heads top with remaining parmesan (just a few shreds per mushroom) bake 350 for 15 minutes or heated through and browned on top
