Ingredients
1 T lemon juice
3 Pears peeled, quartered
3 T butter
1/4 cup brown sugar
1t vanilla extract
Preparation
Sprinkle lemon juice over pears. Melt 1T butter in skillet over medium high heat. Saute pears until browned. Add remaining butter and brown sugar. Reduce heat to low and cook until pears tender and coated with sauce. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla. Serve warm (with ice cream, whipped cream or creme fraiche)
