Ingredients

Vegetable cooking spray

2 teaspoon margarine

1/4 cup chopped purple onion

2 cups frozen Sugar Snap peas, thawed

1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

1/8 teaspoon salt

1/8 teaspoon ground white pepper

Preparation

  1. Coat a skillet with cooking spray; add margarine, and place over medium heat until hot. Add onion, and saute 2 to 3 minutes or until tender.

  2. Add peas and remaining ingredients; saute 3 to 4 minutes or until peas are tender.
