Ingredients

1 can of Cream of chicken soup

3/4 cup of milk

1 cup of cheddar cheese

1 small onion

4 large potatoes or 6 medium

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Butter a baking dish. Cut the potatoes with a mandolin or a food processor. Milx the soup, milk, cheese, season with salt & pepper. Layer potatoes, layer onions, cover with soup mixture. Alternate until all the potatoes are used up. End with a layer of the soup mixture. Cover with lid or tinfoil and bake for an hour. After an hour, remove the cover, sprinkle with cheese and bake for another 15 minutes.
