Ingredients
3 1/2 lb red bliss potatoes
2 c whipping cream
1 container Aloutte garlic herb cheese
Preparation
- Preheat oven to 350
- Butter 9x13 pan.
- Mix whipping cream & cheese together.
- Wash & slice potatoes thinly
- Place 1/2 diced potatoes in pan. Salt & pepper.
- Pour whipping cream & cheese mixture over potatoes. Place remaining potatoes over.
- Bake 1 hour
