Ingredients

3 1/2 lb red bliss potatoes

2 c whipping cream

1 container Aloutte garlic herb cheese

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 350
  2. Butter 9x13 pan.
  3. Mix whipping cream & cheese together.
  4. Wash & slice potatoes thinly
  5. Place 1/2 diced potatoes in pan. Salt & pepper.
  6. Pour whipping cream & cheese mixture over potatoes. Place remaining potatoes over.
  7. Bake 1 hour
